No Fault Zone Game

A philosophy for emotional awareness without blame

Background

We would like to introduce the "The No Fault Zone" (NFZ) game. Created by Sura Hart, an internationally recognized trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and Victoria Kindle, MA Psychology. Together they co-founded and are directors of Kindle-Hart Communication, working for over 30 years with schools and organisation to implement LearningSuccess needs-based principles and practices.

This conflict resolution tool is successfully being used in over 12 countries in U.S.A, Europe, Australia and Asia. Their mission is to support people to create and sustain deeply satisfying, life-enriching relationships—with themselves and with others—and to create vibrant, compassionate homes, schools, and communities.

Rooted in the principles of Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, the game helps children and adults navigate conflict, express themselves honestly, and listen with greater understanding.
